2027 Academy Program Information and registration

The Academy Program is how United Lions brings players through the season: futsal, football, and tournaments, in one program.

This form is an expression of interest, not a booking and not a confirmed place. Spots are limited. We’ll be in touch if a place, a trial, or the next step is available.

Registering also keeps you in the loop. You’ll hear about academy news, trial dates, and season updates as they are set.

If you’re unsure which part of the program fits, register anyway and tell us. We’ll point you to futsal, football, or the tournament pathway.
